We are continuing our "Mastering the Art Series" with Wine and Chocolate pairing.  Our kick off with wine and cheese pairing was quite successful, so why not keep the ball rolling.  Essentially, all you have to do is show up and be willing to eat quite a bit of chocolate and wash it down with quite a bit of wine.  So who wants to sign up first?
